some thoughts to be happy about..

realized that i've been complaining and complaining, all i've written is negativity..am i a pessimistic person?

its undeniable that there's an upside to all i've experienced..and as a change, i shall focus only on POSITIVE events..

1. gradually, but surely, i am getting used to walking in heels all day (though its only been 4 days into my attachment..but i DO walk alot..in train stations..in the office etc..). before, i couldn't stay long in my heels before i get a sprain, blisters or feet ache etc.

2. learning to do proper audit. the hands-on experience i get during the attachment is priceless, and whether you're sent to an audit firm or not, you may not get to touch any audit. this definitely makes the transition from student to a newbie auditor smoother..if i get a job that is..

3. making new friends and "renewing" my friendship with angeline T.

4. get to pry into the confidential information of the companies audited..like how much who gets what wages, what sort of insurance policies etc..

5. get to wear long sleeve to work daily..its an enjoyment for me because i reallie like wearing long sleeves..but no excuse to do so coz of the hot hot hot weather!

6. get to observe/laugh at/sympathise with etc people on the train..its really interesting what kind of expressions people have, what sort of clothes they wear and what they do on the train! haha..juz check out the shirt this guy is wearing!!

7. get to explore every part of offices/factories and get to meet people from all walks of life..daily, i will "bio" this ang moh manager in the firm we're auditing now..haha..so cute!!!

8. make friends with lyon, ms wong's beloved..though only seen him on the bus and train twice, he seems like a great person, and hence i shall give my stamp of approval here..haha! like i'm some big shot?

9. get to climb a ladder today, in order to get to the manymany files stacked up to the top of the racks..phew..a feat for me, coz of my unexplainable fear of heights(cant change any light bulbs in this life..)..but no one can help me, so i just take off my heels, climb up and hold on very very tight.

10. get to flip through files which are on average, 20cm thick..many..many..many times..looking for tinytiny prints...i'm going blind!! haha..but who gets to TOUCH such files man! haha..that would be my hand in the pic..its not the tallest file..its just ONE of the files..wahahahah!
